I am writing to offer my highest recommendation for the services provided by the E-rate specialist company Provision Scout. Our school has benefited greatly and Provision Scout has helped to reduce our schools capital expenditures. As headmaster and administrator in education for over 30 years, am always looking for ways to maximize our budget for the most amount of impact for our children.
The Founders and Principles ofProvision Scout have been involved in our school as parents, donors and board members for many years and we have known them for over 20 years. As our E-rate consultants, they have diligently worked to obtain the greatest refund of our internet and technology budget whole requiring less than an hour of our time per year.
You may not be aware of the E-rate program. Essentially, funding from the Universal Service Fund, E-rate provides discounts for your existing telecommunications, internet access, and internal connections to eligible private and public schools and libraries. Discounts range from 20-90%.
This year we expect to receive $4000 in funding.
Provision Scout offers a free consultation to see how much they can save your school and determine the amount of refund you quality for based on your discount. They have provided our school with the expertise and resources needed to take full advantage of funding we didn't know was available, saving us time and money. They have diligently worked to obtain the greatest refund of our internet and technology budget while requiring less than an hour of our time per year.

Are you aware of the E-rate program? Up until a year ago, I wasn't. Last August I was contacted by Provision Scout, an E-rate specialist company, and am very thankful that we partnered with them.
E-Rate is a self-funded, non-governmental program whose sole focus is to help non-profit public and private schools offset their existing costs for both internet services and equipment. Our school was paying into this program via our monthly internet bil. Essentially, funding from the Universal Service Fund, E-rate provides discounts for your existing telecommunications, internet access, and internal connections to eligible private and public schools and libraries.
Working with Provision Scout, we learned that we are eligible to receive reimbursement of 20% (reimbursements range from 20 -90%) of our qualified expenses, which for us means around $3200 over the next twelve months and this should grow over the coming years.
I am writing to offer my highest recommendation for the services provided by Provision Scout. As our E- rate consultants, they provided the knowledge needed and led us through the entire process, greatly minimizing the work required by us in qualifying for this reimbursement. As an administrator, I am always seeking ways to improve productivity and maximize our budget in the fulfillment of our Mission.
